How to Participate:

  1. Submit Your Idea:
    • Submit your innovative design concept for a pressure-sensitive pushbutton with an integrated display by November 8th, 11:00 PM EST.
    • Entry is open to all, except employees or distributors of our company. Submissions are anonymous and can be made directly through the form below
  2. Juror Selection:
    • A panel of five participants will be elected on November 11th at 11 am EST to review the submitted concepts.
    • Each juror will receive a $200 gift card as a token of our appreciation for their valuable insights and time commitment.
  3. Judging Process:
    • The jurors will evaluate submissions based on criteria such as innovation, functionality, and practical implementation. They may select their own idea
    • The evaluation will be done anonymously to ensure fairness, with final scores announced on each jurors profile on November 15th 11PM Eastern Time.
    • Each Juror will individually post his top 5 nominees on his profile and tag "Schlegel Switches USA" in their post
  4. Top 25 Ideas Announcement & Voting:
    • On November 18th, we will post the top 25 ideas on LinkedIn and put it up for vote on our LinkedIn Page as well as industry relevant groups.
    • These finalists will be highlighted and open to public voting. and you may encourage your network to support your submission! The community will help decide the winner through an open voting system.
    • Voting will close on November 30th at 11 PM EST
  5. The Grand Prize:The idea with the most votes will win the iPhone 16 Pro (128GB). We will announce the winner on December 1st, with a special LinkedIn post highlighting the innovator behind the winning idea.
