Ralph W. Earl Company was founded in 1954 as a fluid power distributor serving Central New York. Since then the company has grown its product lines and extended coverage to all of Upstate New York and Northern Pennsylvania.

Their main mission is to help manufacturers adopt new technologies and reduce manufacturing costs. With a strong partnership of over 50 leading manufacturers in the automation, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic industries. Their main facility is located in Syracuse, 44,000 square feet on East Molloy Road, with additional offices in Albany, Binghamton, Buffalo, Cortland, Rochester, Rome, and Erie, Pennsylvania.
